本研究室探討的主題

  1. 飲食因子對肥胖相關免疫代謝異常之研究
  • 肥胖過程中微環境的改變會吸引多種免疫細胞的浸潤,複雜的細胞激素交互作用,導致免疫調節異常與組織損傷,與數種退化及病理現象息息相關,如:代謝症候群、糖尿病與肺炎感染等。本研究室以細胞或動物肥胖模式來探討飲食因子介入對於抗發炎、免疫與代謝調節之保健功效與其影響機制。
  1. 飲食因子對肥胖相關癌症之研究
  • 脂肪細胞微環境伴隨異常濃度的細胞激素、生長因子或荷爾蒙等,營造為腫瘤喜好之環境。研究室針對脂肪細胞、免疫細胞與乳腺腫瘤發展之關係,探討飲食因子介入之癌症預防或治療的可能性。
  1. 種子胜肽 lunasin 生理功能之研究
  • Lunasin為存在大豆及種子之胜肽,已在細胞與動物實驗中發現其抗癌、抗氧化、抗發炎、調節血脂質與神經退化等功能。研究室主要探討lunasin之多元生理功能如: 抗腫瘤、免疫與代謝異常調節等機制,以達到最佳保健功效之應用。
