研究焦點


The GREEN Lab

  • 植物中許多未知功能基因,可能在植物逆境下才看到其功能。研究這些基因對糧食安全奠定發展方向的基礎。我們優先放在未知功能研究的基因,是考慮其轉譯出的蛋白,從蛋白化學的角度具有新而有趣,或具挑戰性的蛋白,包括膜蛋白,血基質蛋白,大蛋白複合體,具 “無結構區塊”蛋白 (IDP),新穎轉錄因子等。
  • 我們利用生物化學,生物資訊,功能性基因體,遺傳學,細胞學等方法探索這些植物未知功能基因之功能。此外蛋白結構分子模擬與系統生物學,在實驗室中作為分析蛋白結構與功能關係之方法。
