中心組織 Organization

•本中心設諮詢委員會,對中心發展目標、策略及相關業務提供諮詢,並評估中心運作之成效,每年至少開會一次。委員會置委員九至十五名,副校長為當然委員並擔任召集人,其餘委員由校長就校內外相關專長領域學者專家遴選聘兼之,任期一年,得連任。

•本中心置主任一人,綜理中心業務,任期三年,得連任,由校長就本校相關專長領域教師遴選聘兼之。

•本中心得置副主任及執行長各一人,襄助主任推動中心業務,由主任就校內外相關領域傑出學者專家薦請校長聘兼之,任期與主任同。

•本中心設研究發展組、產學合作組、人才培育組等技術功能性分組,未來並得視業務或研究需要調整或擴充,各組下分設研究群。各組置組長一人,由中心主任就本校相關專長領域之教師遴選,報請校長聘兼之,任期與主任同。

•本中心得視業務需要,聘請校內、外專家為特約研究員、專案計畫研究人員及約用工作人員,聘期為一年,得續聘。

•本中心定期召開中心會議,討論並議決中心重要業務事項。中心會議由主任、副主任、執行長、各組組長組成,並視需要敦請校內外相關學者專家參與,由本中心主任擔任召集人並為會議主席。

• The center has an advisory committee to provide advice on the development goals, strategies and related businesses, and to evaluate the effectiveness of the operations. The committee meeting must be held at least once a year. The committee consists of nine to fifteen members. The vice president is an essential member and serves as the convener. The remaining members are selected and hired by the president based on the selection of scholars and experts in related fields on and off campus. The term of office is one year and can be re-elected.

• The center has a director who comprehensively manages the business. The term of office is three years and can be re-elected. The principal will select and hire teachers in the relevant fields of expertise of the school.

• The center may appoint a deputy director and a chief executive officer to assist the director in promoting the business. The director will invite the principal to hire concurrently from outstanding scholars and experts in related fields on and off campus. The term of office is the same as that of the director.

• The center has technical functional groups such as research and development group, industry-university cooperation group, and talent cultivation group. In the future, it may be adjusted or expanded according to business or research needs. Each group is divided into research groups. Each group shall have a team leader, who shall be selected by the director of the center from the teachers in the school's relevant fields of expertise, and reported to the principal for employment concurrently, with the same term as the director.

• If necessary, the center may hire experts from the school and outside as special researchers, project researchers and contracted staff. The employment period is one year and may be renewed.

• The center holds regular center meetings to discuss and resolve important business matters of the center. The center meeting is composed of the director, deputy director, executive director, and team leaders, and relevant scholars and experts on and off campus are invited to participate if necessary. The director serves as the convener and chairman of the meeting.
