In recent years, global political and economic shifts, climate change, and geopolitical tensions have posed growing challenges to institutions and social stability. At the same time, East Asia is experiencing profound demographic changes, including population ageing and declining birth rates, with far-reaching implications for governance and social development. This symposium brings together comparative and interdisciplinary perspectives to explore how societies can strengthen resilience, adapt to uncertainty, and promote sustainable governance and institutional change.

近年來，全球政治與經濟秩序、氣候變遷、地緣政治緊張等多重系統性風險持續升高，對既有制度與社會穩定性帶來重大挑戰。同時，東亞地區亦面臨人口老化與少子化的結構性變遷，對產業、治理與社會制度產生深遠影響。本次研討會以「治理、社會與韌性」為核心，從比較與跨學科視角出發，探討東亞社會如何在不確定環境中維持制度運作、調適變遷並促進制度轉型，期能促進學術交流與政策對話。
