Solving poisson equation in a Taiwan shaped domain

• We use an image (taiwan.pgm) as input to construct the mesh.
  This script was written by F. Hecht. : taiwan-mesh.edp
• We solve Poisson equation on the taiwan-shaped mesh : taiwan-poisson.edp
• To get a 3D mesh, we can consider the elevation of Taiwan :
  1. Taiwan shape image (pgm)
  2. Taiwan elevation image (pgm)
  We can then construct the 3D mesh :
  1. taiwan-mesh.edp
  2. Taiwan3D.mesh
