研究興趣
1.運用斑馬魚為研究對象,透過分生技術,探討胚胎發育時之基因調控。
a.探討時期及組織專一表現之肌肉調控因子myf-5其內含子(intron)所扮演之負向調控機制。
b.晚期胚胎顱顏部肌肉與軟骨發育之基因調控。
2.以基因轉殖方式改變魚體之體色。
