特展簡介
1951-1970年，錢思亮校長以前瞻性的開創態度，不只維持傅斯年校長及前數任校長所奠定之規模與制度，更以均衡的普遍化總體成長，奠定臺大最完備的綜合性大學基礎。為了提升研究水準，除了推動校內教師出訪深造及外國教師蒞訪研究，更運用美援補助，充實各院系圖書設備，引領臺大在變動中穩定逐步發展。
About
From 1951 to 1970 – Former President Chien Shih-liang not only preserved the scale and system of NTU established by Former President Fu Ssu-nien and previous presidents but also fostered the overall development of NTU in a balanced manner with a visionary and pioneering attitude. To enhance the research standards of NTU, Former President Chien encouraged faculty members to pursue further education through overseas visits and facilitated academic visits by foreign teachers. Furthermore, he effectively utilized U.S. aid grants to upgrade the library and facilities of various faculties and departments, enabling NTU to grow steadily and adapt to changing times.
