病害管理暨分子遺傳研究室的研究重點包括植物抗病基因的定位與分析、分子標誌輔助育種、病原真菌族群生物學及致病機制、以及真菌病害的整合防治管理。主要研究項目有:
水稻抗病基因 — 針對稻熱病和徒長病,利用連鎖定位和全基因體關聯定位等策略,解析抗病基因並進行應用。
草莓抗性及炭疽病 — 探討草莓抗病機制和炭疽病菌致病機制,並驗證抗性基因的功能。
樹木褐根病 — 針對褐根病菌進行全基因體定序及遺傳多樣性分析,結合實地觀察和實驗技術,發展環境友善的防治方法。

Disease Management & Molecular Genetics Laboratory focuses on the localization and analysis of plant resistance genes, marker-assisted breeding, population biology and pathogenic mechanisms of pathogenic fungi, and integrated management of fungal diseases. The main research projects include:
Rice Disease Resistance Genes: Utilizing linkage mapping and genome-wide association mapping (GWAS) to analyze and apply resistance genes for rice blast and bakanae disease.
Strawberry Resistance and Anthracnose: Investigating the disease resistance mechanisms in strawberries and the pathogenic mechanisms of anthracnose caused by Colletotrichum spp., and validating the function of resistance genes.
Tree Brown Root Rot: Conducting whole-genome sequencing and genetic diversity analysis of Phellinus noxius, integrating field observations and experimental techniques to develop environmentally friendly control methods.
