We are posting below a name list of the faculty who are scheduled for evaluation in 2025.  If you are on the evaluation list (應受評鑑教師名單), please be sure to read the notes and submit all the REQUIRED MATERIALS to Michelle at the DFLL Office by February 5, Wednesday, 2025.

REQUIRED MATERIALS (must be submitted to Michelle by February 5, Wednesday, 2025:

1.  Please email Michelle a Word file of the DFLL Faculty Evaluation Form at michelle@ntu.edu.tw. 

      請email填妥之「教師評鑑表」電子檔給系辦彭助教(michelle@ntu.edu.tw)。    

      Please RIGHT-click the hyperlinks below for the evaluation form designed for your rank and fill out the "RESEARCH" and "SERVICE" categories. 請選擇屬於您職級的評鑑表格如下（按「右鍵」下載表格）。

※ You DON'T need to fill out the "Teaching Hours" and "Student Evaluation" sections. After we gather all of the data from the DFLL office staff and the Academic Office, we’ll email you the scores for Teaching and ask you to proofread the data for confirmation.

　

2. Submit a HARDCOPY of your academic works:

    請繳送擬受評之著作各一份。

• For assistant professors/instructors, please submit your academic works published in the past 3 years.

• For full/associate professors, please submit academic works published in the past 5 years.

• For new instructors/associate professors/full professors, please submit academic works newly published or accepted after your initial appointment date at NTU. Note that the works submitted for review during the recruitment process may NOT be resubmitted.

• Works that were 1) reviewed in the previous evaluation, 2) submitted for the most recent promotion review, or 3) published before the promotion will NOT be counted for faculty evaluation.  前一次評鑑審查過、最近一次升等送審過、或升等前已出版之著作不予採計。

• For reference to the RANKING of your evaluated works, please see the "Publication Ranking Standards for DFLL Faculty Evaluation."（教師評鑑著作等級評定標準）

3. Please also email Michelle a list of publications you are submitting for evaluation (an electronic file is required).

    The publication list should be typed in MLA format (with detailed data such as the publisher, date, volume and page numbers, etc.)

NOTES

1. For new instructors/associate professors/full professors, please submit academic works newly published after your initial appointment date at NTU. Please note that the works submitted for review during the recruitment process may not be resubmitted for faculty evaluation. 新聘教師請繳交至台大專任後新出版或接受之著作。新聘時送審過之著作不得重複繳送。

2. Works that were 1) reviewed in the previous evaluation, 2) submitted for the most recent promotion review, or 3) published before the promotion will NOT counted for faculty evaluation. 前一次評鑑審查過、最近一次升等送審過、或升等前已出版之著作不予採計。
