I am a professor of Civil Engineering and Vice President for General
Affairs at National Taiwan University (NTU). My current research work
focuses on soil liquefaction, including investigation, evaluation,
simulation, and mitigation. I also serve as executive secretary
for the program office on Innovative Technology for Disaster Reduction,
Ministry of Science and Technology. Research collaboration is
