課程名稱：醫療社會學(九十一學年度第一學期)

教學目標：
本課程將介紹醫療社會學的基本概念，其中會探討醫療社會學中的重要議題，如疾病的社會成因、病人角色、疾病的社會詮釋、醫師的社會化過程與專業權力的運作、醫病關係的特質、醫師與醫院組織、醫療制度與社會安全體系。希望能幫助同學就相關議題，發展個人興趣。
授課方式：
本課程以老師演講與同學討論並重，並希望能訓練同學組織文獻的能力。學生必須在課堂上進行口頭報告，並帶動同學參與討論。每位同學就課程內容選擇主題在課堂上報告，並發放報告大綱給同學和老師，作為成績評量之用。修課同學必須預先閱讀教材，參與討論。
評分方式：
期中報告，35%；期末報告，35%。期中、末報告以文獻回顧為主，最少回顧5篇文獻(可增加)，期中、末報告主題需不同，字數不限。
授課學分：2 學分
評分方式：課堂報告與討論，30%；報告，70%
