After enrollment ( 2 scholarships to apply)
1. Financial Assistance Grant for International Students
By combining the three old scholarship schemes (International Students Scholarship, International Graduate Students Scholarship and International Graduate Students Support Fund) together, NTU has introduced this Grant since 2015 to attract international students of, and encourage, academic excellence. New international students who are admitted from academic year of 2015/2016 onwards are eligible to apply.
See details and requirements: www.oia.ntu.edu.tw -> Home -> Study at NTU -> Degree Student -> Scholarships -> Financial Assistance Grant for International Students
Since the Taiwan Scholarship should be applied before enrollment, students who have not received the Taiwan scholarship award could still after one semester apply for the General Scholarship; the advantage of this scholarship is that it is applicable every year, as long as the student is in enrollment.
2. College of Liberal Arts, Scholarship for International Students
The College of Liberal Arts also offers scholarships for our international students (undergraduate student: 35 recipients). The amount is 30,000 NT Dollars per year. Students shall apply from the College office before October 15th every year.
