Mentoring master's students in experimental execution and research, and leading laboratory teams in public competitions to enhance overall practical and research capabilities.

負責SPECT骨轉移影像之前處理流程設計、開發影像分割及病灶檢測架構、論文與結案報告撰寫,並參與前端網頁設計與研究成果的視覺化呈現。Designed preprocessing pipelines for SPECT bone metastasis imaging, developed image segmentation and lesion detection architectures, authored academic papers and final reports, and participated in front-end web design for the visualization of research outcomes.

負責皮膚鏡影像的前處理與分類模型開發,設計研究架構並應用自監督式學習結合兩階段監督式學習策略,以提升模型於少量標註資料下的效能表現。同時整合Attention機制至YOLOv11架構,增強診斷能力並優化模型於邊緣裝置上的推論效率。另參與研究成果之論文撰寫與系統前端開發,建置臨床醫師可使用之互動式網頁平台。Developed preprocessing and classification models for dermoscopy images. Designed research frameworks applying self-supervised learning combined with two-stage supervised learning strategies to enhance model performance with limited annotated data. Integrated Attention mechanisms into the YOLOv11 architecture to optimize inference efficiency on edge devices. Participated in paper writing and front-end development of interactive web platforms for clinical physicians.

負責胸部X光影像的前處理流程與分類診斷模型開發,針對病毒性肺炎、細菌性肺炎、SARS-CoV-2感染與正常樣本共四類進行模型設計。本計畫中整合Attention機制至YOLOv8架構,優化其於低效能設備上的執行效率,提升模型在邊緣運算環境下的實用性與診斷準確度。另參與研究成果之論文撰寫與系統前端開發,建置臨床醫師可使用之互動式網頁平台。Developed preprocessing pipelines and classification models for chest X-ray images, targeting viral pneumonia, bacterial pneumonia, SARS-CoV-2 infection, and normal samples. Integrated Attention mechanisms into YOLOv8 to optimize execution efficiency on low-performance devices, enhancing both practicality and diagnostic accuracy in edge computing environments. Also participated in research paper writing and front-end system development, building an interactive web platform for clinical physicians.

擔任研究助理期間,執行兩項主要計畫。首先,負責肺結節智慧診斷系統之開發與資料蒐集,建立以台灣族群為基礎的肺結節資料庫,並應用多種注意力機制與多模態模型建立診斷基準與分類系統。
第二項計畫為食道癌存活分析與預測,整合中國醫藥大學附設醫院十年臨床放射治療與癌登資料,分析關鍵風險因子,並建構具可解釋性的機器學習與深度學習模型,提供患者治療策略之輔助決策依據。Executed two major projects. First, developed an intelligent diagnostic system for lung nodules and established a Taiwan-based lung nodule database, applying multiple attention mechanisms and multimodal models to build diagnostic benchmarks and classification systems.
Second, conducted esophageal cancer survival analysis and prediction by integrating ten years of clinical radiotherapy and cancer registry data from China Medical University Hospital, analyzing key risk factors and building interpretable machine learning and deep learning models to support patient treatment decision-making.

擔任李建樂老師國科會研究計畫之主要開發與演算法設計者,負責深度學習模型設計及microRNA標靶預測系統之開發。工作內容涵蓋整合高通量生物資料,設計神經網路架構以預測 microRNA 與目標基因間之互作關係,並進一步建置資料庫與結果視覺化介面,有效提升生物資訊預測系統的可用性與可解釋性。
同時參與開發以Metagenomics分析診斷粥狀動脈硬化風險之深度學習模型,將16S rRNA V3V4區域定序資料轉換為一維菌種分布序列,進一步以影像轉換技術處理,結合卷積神經網路架構進行風險分類,大幅提升模型之診斷準確性與泛化能力。Served as the primary developer for NSTC projects under Prof. Chien-Le Lee, designing deep learning models and developing a microRNA target prediction system. Built databases and visualization interfaces to enhance usability. Also co-developed deep learning models for diagnosing atherosclerosis risk using Metagenomics 16S rRNA sequencing data converted into 1D distribution sequences, significantly improving diagnostic accuracy.

於陳凱榮教授實驗室擔任學習型助理,負責智慧製造與生醫訊號領域之深度學習模型開發與研究任務。在智慧製造面向,執行聲發射與聲音訊號前處理與特徵提取、工具機參數最佳化、晶圓表面缺陷偵測、切削刀具修整時機預測等應用導向研究。
同時亦參與生醫訊號處理專案,包含酒精性肝炎肝臟黏彈性診斷模型與眼科影像診斷系統之建立,並負責相關論文撰寫、研討會發表與研究計畫之構思與撰擬。Worked in Prof. Kai-Jung Chen's lab, focusing on deep learning models for smart manufacturing and biomedical signals. Executed acoustic emission signal processing, tool wear prediction, and wafer defect detection. Co-developed biomedical diagnostic systems, including a liver viscoelasticity model for alcoholic hepatitis and an ophthalmic imaging diagnostic system.

Developed deep learning models for material status and keypoint detection, integrating computer vision with robotic arm coordinate systems. Optimized model performance for edge computing deployment.
