臺大公共衛生學院健康政策與管理研究所及公共衛生碩士學位學程助理教授。訓練背景為健康服務研究與健康經濟學家，曾在美國聯邦機構的研究和評估辦公室以及藥廠工作。有興趣主題包括健康服務利用、健康不平等、支付制度與政策評估等議題。主授課程有：健康政策管理與行為科學(公共衛生學程必修)、「健康計量經濟學」(選修)、「健康經濟學概論」(全英文選修) 、「健康經濟學特論」(博班選修)。

目前主要研究主題包括：健康經濟學和計量方法；孕產健康；遠距醫療；偏鄉醫療；行為健康照護和初級照護整合；支付制度；複雜病人照護模式；醫療照護人力資源等。

在社會服務方面，自2022年起擔任「台灣健康保險學會」秘書長(2022-)，與台灣公共衛生學會合辦公共衛生年會，並舉辦多場活動，自2023年起擔任公共衛生學院年報主編，2024起擔任台灣健康經濟學會理事。

Assistant professor at the Institute of Health Policy and Management and the Master of Public Health Program at the College of Public Health, National Taiwan University. With a background in health services research and health economics, had  prior experience working in research and evaluation offices of federal agencies in the United States, as well as in the pharmaceutical industry.

Research interests encompass topics such as health services utilization, health inequalities, payment systems, and policy evaluation. Main courses including "Health Policy, Management, and Behavioral Sciences " (required for the public health program), "Health Econometrics " (elective), "Basics in Health Economics " (an all-English elective), and "Advanced Health Economics " (doctoral elective).

Current research focuses on health economics, quantitative methods, maternal and child health, telemedicine, rural healthcare, behavioral health, and integrated primary care, payment systems, complex patient care models, and healthcare workforce issues.

In terms of social service, served as the Secretary-General of the Taiwan Health Insurance Association since 2022, collaborating with the Taiwan Public Health Association to organize the annual public health conference. Assuming the position of editor-in-chief for the College of Public Health's annual report since 2023 and becoming a director of the Taiwan Health Economics Association from 2024.
