Alumni Liaison Office

Alumni Liaison Office was established on March 1,1995.The Office sought to strengthen liaisons with alumni as vital resources for the university and to promote the university’s development.The Office is in charge of liaison with the alumni, and the raising of educational funds.

The Office has been engaged in the following six areas of activity:

1. Liaison with the alumni associations and groups. NTU alumni are scattered all over the world, with over fifty alumni associations in different countries.The Office has established a close relationship with most of them and has arranged appropriate faculty and staff to attend their activities in order to explain the university’s development aspects to the alumni and to strive for their support.

2. Editing and publishing National Taiwan University Alumni E-News.It was first published on October 1, 2005 and appears monthly to serve as a bridge that links alumni with the University.

3. Establishing the NTU Alumni Information Network since July 1, 2006.The Alumni can update their contact information and contact with their classmates through this Network.

4. Publishing the NTU Alumni Identification Card since August 1, 2006.

5. Conduct activities to intensify alumni relations with the University.To date, we have held an Alumni Fund Raising Party , Chi-TouUniversityExperimentalForest trip for overseas alumni and the NTU Toward 21st Century Conference.

6. Engaging in educational fund raising activities.The Office has been appointed as the secretariat to the University’s Fund Raising Committee for implementing educational fund raising activities.
