　Standard of DFLL Service Scoring

一、請本系教師自行列舉三年／五年內（以受評職級而定）之「校內」服務項目，再由教評會審核

   Please list the items of NTU service within the past 3 or 5 years (depending on one's evaluation status), which will be reviewed by Teachers' Evaluation Committee.

二、原則上各服務項目，一年得列一項。

    In principle, one year's service counts as one item.

三、以一項為基本分70分，每增一項加10分，計算至滿分為止。

     A base score of 70 is given for the first item; 10 extra points are given for each additional item, until the maximum score is reached.

   可採計之服務項目如下（限校內服務）：

      Please see the following for examples of service items:

      (only service done for the University/College/Department will be taken into account)

1.  曾出任本校各項行政工作

     administrative positions at NTU

2.  曾出任本校／本院各委員會委員、本系教評會／系務會議委員，以及其他經選舉產生之代表

  memberships in University/Collegiate committees, memberships in Departmental Teachers’ Evaluation Committee and Departmental Affairs Committee, or elected committee members.

3.  本系各委員會召集人

   coordinators of Departmental committees

4.  擔任服務課教師

     teachers for student service courses 服務課 (NOT including advisers

5.  擔任校內學術刊物編輯

     editorships for NTU academic journals

6.  擔任校內大型學術研討會籌辦工作

   organization of NTU academic conferences  

7.  擔任本校社團指導老師

   supervisors of NTU student clubs

8.  擔任校內學術文化義務工作等等

   and other voluntary work in scholarly, cultural, or social service organizations at NTU

9.  接受系上指派或委託所從事之服務

   service assigned by the Department
