研究室簡介 |
本研究室的研究方向為透過生物化學、木材化學及分子生物學技術分析,探討木材細胞壁三大主成分的生物合成途徑及交互作用,找出木材形成的關鍵酵素及基因,並將透過生化及基因改良技術,提高木質細胞壁的利用價值,達到擴展森林產物利用領域及提高經濟價值之目的。 建議欲投入本研究室同學的修習課程: 有機化學、生物化學、木材化學、分子生物學、生物技術核心實驗 |
