The FHS invites your organization to become a Sponsor of the Seventh Symposium on Diseases in Asian Aquaculture (DAA VII). Sponsorship of the Symposium will provide your organization with the following key benefits.

PRINCIPAL SPONSOR: US $ 15,000.00

1. Naming Rights to a Keynote Speaker Session

 As the Principal Sponsor, your organisation will be acknowledged as the sponsor for one of the keynote speaker sessions (please note that keynote speaker sessions are allocated in consultation with the program committee). This includes acknowledgement in the program alongside the speaker’s name, the opportunity to provide the session chairman and inform the delegates of your organisation’s support and Naming rights to a Symposium Social Function. Various functions and lunches are proposed for the event, you may select the event you wish to sponsor and supply naming rights. You will also receive three additional complimentary tickets to the event.

 2. Naming rights to the Symposium Satchels

 Your logo will be placed prominently on the front of the Symposium delegates ‘satchels. Only the Symposium, Principal Sponsor and host organisation logos will be depicted on the satchel.

3. Principal Sponsor Acknowledgement

 Your organisation will be acknowledged in all future Symposium literature. This includes your organisation’s logo printed prominently in the Symposium registration brochure, handbook and the book of abstracts.

4. Symposium Endorsement

Your organisation will be endorsed as the Principal Sponsor of the Symposium and will be able to use the below phrase on any promotional material until June 2008.

5. Web Site Acknowledgement

Your organisation can provide a logo for inclusion on the Symposium’s web site. If appropriate, the Symposium will also organise a ‘hot link’ to your organisation’s web site.

6. Five Complimentary Registrations

As the Principal sponsor, you will be entitled to five complimentary registrations as part of your sponsorship package. Registration includes attendance at all Symposium sessions and inclusive of social functions.

7. Complimentary Handbook Advertisement

Your organisation will be entitled to one full page (mono) advertisement in the Symposium handbook. This is an excellent method to highlight your organisation’s projects to the delegates.

8. Complimentary Satchel Insert

Each delegate will receive quality printed reference material in the Symposium satchel. Your organisation will be entitled to provide material for inclusion in this, placing your message directly in the hands of each Symposium delegate.

9. Logo board

Your logo will be prominently displayed in the main session room on a logo board or banner and on a PowerPoint slide during the Symposium.

10. Access to VIP Delegates

As the Principal Sponsor, the organising committee will ensure that your representatives have preferential access to International VIP’s and key speakers.


MAJOR SPONSOR: US $10,000.00

As a Major Sponsor, your organisation will be acknowledged as the sponsor for one of the Symposium sessions (please note that this does not include a keynote speaker session and sessions are allocated in consultation with the program committee). For a fee of $2,000 per booth your organiztion will receive:

  4. Lunch, morning, afternoon tea for up to two additional members of your organisation who are staffing your booth.
Any additional staff members will be required to purchase tickets for any functions not listed as normal entitlements they wish to attend. (an additional tickets request form will be supplied with the trade exhibitors' kit).

Satchel Insert - US$500 per insert

This is an opportunity to provide material to be distributed to every delegate via the Symposium Satchels. Maximum of 10 collated A 4 pages
