Funding for attending international conferences (Graduate Students) from the Ministry of Education

¡´ Introduction

¡´ Eligibility, Forms, Procedures

¡´ In some cases only flight tickets are provided due to the limitations of budget of that year.

Documents needed¡G

1. Application Form

2. Personal resume and recommendation letter from your supervisor. (download)

3. Full paper (only abstract is not accepted)

¡´ All documents should be in PDF format.

¡´ Please submit your application six weeks prior to the starting day of the conference you wish to attend. Any application after the deadline will not be processed.

 
 
 
 

English Certification for Dean's Award

¡´ Application form (.doc file)

¡´ All application forms are first pre-processed by each department office. After the documents are sent to COS, it takes another 1-2 work days to review the application forms.

Procedures¡G

1.Download and fill in the application form.

2. Bring the form along with a photocopy of Chinese certificate to the department office to have everything checked.

3. After the department head signs for the application form, bring all the documents to the office of COS (Shih-Liang Hall 602).
