Programs retrieving: The users please download both files (STREAM_RUN.exe and STREAM.exe) and save both files at the C drive of your PC. The programs can be used directly without installing.

Data preparation: Please prepare your data using the ASCII format (or the general text format). The first 8 colums should be the raw score (0, 1 or 2) of the 8 items (excluding two items "scapular elevation" and "opposition" becuase of poor data-model fitting) of the upper-limb subsclae of the STREAM. The next 9 columns are the scores of the 9-item lower-limb subscale (excluding one item "hip abduction"). The final 10 columns are the scores of the 10-item mobility subscale. No space is allowed between the item scores. Thus, there are 27 colums for the data set.

Transforming: Step-by-Step instructions are shown below.

First, execute the main Program (STREAM_RUN.exe)

Second, find your data file using the "Browser" function . After your file is found, the "Run" function icon will be highlighted and effective . Press "Run" icon to execute the data transformation.

Finally, the transformation results are shown like this. You may save your transformation results as an ASCII file using the "Save the Results..." function . You may also export your results to the EXCEL (Microsoft) using the "Export to Excel" function.
