SUBMISSION FORMAT

Abstracts must be written in English and a maximum of 500 words in length. (References are not included.)

Submissions are limited to one abstract per person, as either single or joint author. Please submit abstracts to one session (either general or special) only.

In the case of joint authorship, please designate only one corresponding author for communication with CLDC 2012. If not specifically indicated, the first author will by default be the corresponding author.

Please do not include any information in your abstract which may reveal your identity, as the review process will be conducted anonymously.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
CLDC 2012 will accept online submissions only, via Easychair Conference System. Submissions will not be accepted in hard copy format or by email transmission. Please note the separate links for submitting general session abstracts and special session abstracts. Make sure you are not submitting an abstract to the wrong session.

Choose the session to which you wish to submit an abstract and click on the link. You must first sign up for an account on the Easychair conference system before making a submission if you do not already have one.

Log into the submission system and start the submission process.

Please type your abstract directly into the text box. If there are any special characters or fonts (e.g., IPA) used in the main text of the abstract, please also upload the pdf file in the paper column. Otherwise, please click “Abstract Only” to proceed.

Please do NOT include any example or reference in the main text of the abstract. Any supplementary material (examples, references, etc.) should be uploaded as a supplementary file in PDF format in the attachment column. The supplementary file should NOT contain any personal information that may reveal identity.

Identity at least 1 subfield related to your work by checking the subfield from the list provided. If the topic of your abstract belongs to a category not listed, please select “other”. Please also specify at least 3 related keywords.

Immediately after completing the submission process, an e-mail message confirming receipt of the abstract will be sent to you.
