摘要 Abstract of the paper	We use product differentiated goods model to discuss the relationship between ESG disclosure and firms’ competition. When is small (large), the competitive equilibrium is only one firm (both of them) cost disclosure, the social planner desired is both of them (don’t) cost disclosure. The social planner should subsidize (levy taxes) to modify its behavior.
