摘要 Abstract of the paper	We consider an incentive of internet service providers (ISP) in quality upgrades to improve data delivery for mobile service providers in a two-sided model. A structure of a model amplifies the utility of consumers and equilibrium prices of the ISP platform and content providers. This implies that a coordinated effect of composite services could refer to a possibility that the ISP may have a different incentive to their offers due to an intensity of competition between content providers. Specifically, we investigate the impact of discriminatory and regulated (uniform) regime under a composite pricing to the ISP’s profits, content provider surplus, consumer surplus and social welfare. We show that both groups of quality content providers are always better off with the uniform. The ISP platform, consumer surplus and social welfare are always better off with the discrimination which is in contrast from traditional ideas.
