摘要 Abstract of the paper	We provide a new perspective to the literature on social desirability of entry by showing that if the input production outsourcing is feasible. The scheme of vertical pricing is crucial to the justification of the entry regulation policy. When the vertical pricing is a two-part tariff, we show that profit raising entry can occur and entry in the final goods market can be socially insufficient. However, it is socially excessive under a linear wholesale pricing instead.
