摘要 Abstract of the paper	This research explores the optimal export policy of a domestic industry, which characterized by the coexistence of cross border ownership investment on foreign firms and exports to foreign country. The right for corporate control plays an important role to determine the optimal export policy. Without corporate control, optimal export policy can be a subsidy or a tax, and the effect of ownership investment on the subsidy depends substantially on levels of product differentiation. However, with corporate control, an increase in subsidy may benefit the foreign independent firm. We show that the implementation of strategic trade policy in the form of tax can be socially desirable.
