摘要 Abstract of the paper	Conclusion This study combines the stream of durable goods and the stream of inside patent holder licensing literature. We find that the optimal scheme of the licensing contract will be non-degenerated two-part tariff. Consumers are worse off than the non-licensing status. However, consumers may benefit from the licensing under the semi-drastic innovation size or under the perfect second-handed market structure which consumers can resale the goods in the perfectly competitive market.
