摘要 Abstract of the paper	Introduction Motivation: should exclusive dealing be banned? Chicago School: the presence of efficient potential entrant supplier prevents supplier-retailer exclusive contract. This study: the Chicago School argument may not hold when we consider competition between retailers under different market sizes.
