摘要 |
One single parameter is shown to represent the simplest possible 2x2x2 model of general equilibrium with trade. The model is revisited for purposes of revealing the moral scientific nature of the Stolper-Samuelson theorem and their related proposal to ‘bribe’ for free trade. The present paper challenges the SS policy recommendation to “bribe” the rich, or even the poor, adversely affected from free trade. The meaning of bribing is probed squarely under the light of ‘ideal types’ model that I have presented repeatedly and represent once again herein for the limited purpose of a moral scientific inquiry. |
