討論提要	The literature on the political economy of trade policy is the need to provide an answer to why there is a gap between what policy makers practice and what economists preach.
結論	We pore over the typology of models currently used in this field. The author did a great job surveying these articles. We knew that Mayer constructed a solid foundation to answer some of the questions though trade policy is sometimes determined by majority voting.
