最最受人喜愛的伯楨老師離開我們了。

伯楨老師於2015年6月18日突發急性心肌梗塞，經送醫院急救，不幸於6月28日上午過世。

妳／你是不是有好多話想跟他悄悄說？

家屬於2015年6月30日至7月19日在台北市中山區民權東路二段123號的
玉佛山禮儀公司設置靈堂（早上八時至晚上八時），讓大家有機會再和老師說說話。

告別式謹定於2015年7月20日（週一）下午一時於台北市第二殯儀館景仰廳舉辦。不另發訃聞。
家屬表示日後奠儀將用於成立「陳伯楨老師紀念獎學金」以嘉惠學子。

Our most beloved friend, Prof. Pochan Chen has left us.

On June 18, 2015 he was hospitalized for an acute myocardial infarction
and passed away on the morning of June 28.

If you would like to pay your last respects or have anything you would like
to say to him, the Chen family has arranged for a private room at the Yufo
Shan Memorial Co. from June 30th to July 19th (No. 123, Minchuan East
Road Section 2) that will be open to the public between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.

A wake will be held at 1:00 pm on July 20th (Monday) at the Jingyang Hall
at the Taipei Second Funeral Parlor at No. 330 Hsin-hai Road, Section 3.

The Chen family has indicated that any donations that they may receive in this regard
will be used towards establishing a memorial fund in Chen Pochan’s name
to provide assistance to students.

Finally, the Anthropology Department will hold a memorial party on the afternoon of September 25th.
Details will be announced and everyone is invited to attend.
