Welcome to my former webpage! This webpage was created when I was a Ph.D. candidate in Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE) focused on Information Technology at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I have now started my academic career as an assistant professor in Civil Engineering at National Taiwan University. You can find my current webpage here.

During the years pursuing my Ph.D. degree, I had worked on the NSF funded project CP2R (Collaborative framework for Preparedness against, Response to, and Recovery from extreme events involving critical physical infrastructures) at UIUC under the supervision of Prof. Peña-Mora.
