行政院人事行政局為增進公務福利，表達政府關心公教同仁身體健康，秉預防重於治療之觀念，特開辦「健康99－全國公教特會健檢」。詳細內容如下，請本校編制內教職員工及其眷屬自由選擇利用。29項健康檢查項目優惠價格3,500元（據專家學者估計市場價值達6,800元），33家特約醫院（名單如下；但台大醫院不在此列）另有不同回饋項目，詳見特約醫院回饋事項一覽表。此專案自96年12月1日開辦至98年12月31日止，為期2年1個月。現職員工及其眷屬須攜帶現職服務證（台大識別證）或眷屬關係證明文件，逕赴各特約醫院辦理健檢，方可享有優惠價格。

To take care of government employees' health, the government has offered a "Health Forever" checkup project for all government faculty and their dependents at a preferential rate of NT$3,500 (valued at more than NT$6,800, as experts estimated). They selected 33 high-quality hospital/clinics to conduct the checkup (see below for a list of the specially-appointed hospitals; NTU Hospital is NOT on the list.). The basic examination items are identical (29 items as shown in the TABLE at the bottom of this webpage), with some difference in "extra service" as offered by each of the 33 appointed hospitals (click here for details: 特約醫院回饋事項一覽表).

This government checkup project starts from December 1st, 2007 to December 31st, 2009. Please remember to take your NTU faculty ID to the 33 appointed hospitals in order to get the preferential rate. For your dependents, please take your faculty ID as well as any other ID or documents to prove your relationship.

★NOTES:

1. For NTU FACULTY ABOVE 40: please remember to KEEP THE RECEIPT for the checkup. The NTU Personnel Office said FACULTY ABOVE 40 who haven't had a checkup in the past three years can apply for a checkup subsidy of NT$2,100 in year 2008, when the subsidy is available for application.  Please wait for further notice expected to be issued some time next year.  (Note that this application applies to NTU faculty at the age above 40 only, excluding those under the age of 40 and faculty's dependents.)
