現任：中信金融管理學院企業管理學系暨金融管理研究所教授 學歷：美國約翰霍普金斯大學經濟學博士 Ph. D. of Johns Hopkins University. 實務經歷：財團法人台灣金融研訓院院長、行政院金融重建基金鑑價工作小組委 員、經建會中長期資金工作小組委員、中央存款保險公司諮詢委員、經濟部產業發展諮詢委員會審議委員、台北市經 濟發展委員會財政金融組委員 、台北市政府顧問、BOT暨政府採購評鑑委員、中國國際商業銀行董事、國家政策研究基金會政策委員。	貨幣銀行、國際金融、總體經濟、金融監理 Money and Banking, International Finance, Macroeconomics, Financial Regulation.
教學課程 Courses	臺灣影子金融監理委員會 Taiwan Shadow Financial Regulatory Committee 一 個集合臺灣頂尖金融、經濟、法律學者專家的NGO團體。針對當前金融經濟問題，提出專業獨立的建言。
